HVS Assessment™ is an internet-based HR assessment tool specifically designed for human capital management in the hospitality-service industry. Our tool provides a state-of-the-art solution for assessing performance characteristics and company compatibility. It assesses ten core competencies that research has demonstrated to define peak performers across line, middle and senior levels, and it can be used for candidate screening and selection as well as for the benchmarking, training and coaching of existing employees.
